Working already in the hospitality industry at an age of 18 years old. Starting my career of being a Steward in a restaurant - kitchens - F&B Service associates and able to become a F&B Manager for a 4 star hotel. Plus even being involved in the F&B construction renovation of a hotel is what I consider as my biggest accomplishment and most memorable working experience I ever had. It taught me that no job is impossible and no job is too dirty or not important enough and nothing is impossible as long as we believe that we can do it. And this is the same mentality that I would like to teach my team, that even if they are just a Room Attendant, a Waiter, a Steward that they too can become the head of a company one day. I believe in never giving up, I am persistent, a workaholic. Believes in a hands on management style and in leading by example to my department heads. I am competitive want to be number one, as I believe in live there are no silver medals. I am therefore very detailed and strive for only perfection. But I know I am not perfect and am learning everyday something new, might it be from a department head or even a steward.
