I am a normal bloke making extraordinary Biltong and other South African delicacies in the darkest reaches of Berkshire. Loving our new business, our growing army of fans and soon to experience the freedom of being my own boss, once i extricate myself from the last vestiges of corporate life.

When I am not making Biltong I am usually around the home, doing family things with my partner and her son. We try to get away as much as possible.

Enjoy DIY (yes really love hitting things with a hammer), the local, walking, fixing my Alfa (constantly) and generally enjoying all life has to offer.
