Rob Dyess

Rob Dyess

In 2008 Rob Dyess was living a “regular” life. He was a traveling sales representative for an equipment dealer. He and his wife Beth had an extraordinary little boy Henry with another on the way. Then People Magazine chose Rob for their 1/2 Their Size yearly issue. Following that came a national television program that documented the lives of 8 Mississippians during their struggle to “become fit”.

In addition to being on the COVER of People Magazine, he has appeared on Good Morning America, Access Hollywood, Extra, Inside Edition, Entertainment Tonight and The Paul Gallo Show.

Relying on his classic humor and candor, Rob offers audiences of all shapes and sizes an intimate portrayal of a once-fat guy who sweated and worked his way toward health. He marries introspection with inspiration and teachable moments when he speaks; and he endears his audience to the his firsthand experience, while motivating them to make healthy changes of their own.

With his message, Rob feels compelled to “pay it forward” as he shares his story and provides inspiration on healthy living, fitness and how extraordinary things really do happen to ordinary people.
