Robert Hoffecker

Hi, I'm Robert "Rob" Hoffecker.

I'm a hospitality and tourism leader based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with more than 20 years of experience helping create exceptional travel experiences. My career has taken me from hotel operations and guest services to overseeing luxury hospitality initiatives, tourism partnerships, and destination marketing programs across Puerto Rico.

I'm passionate about building memorable experiences for visitors while supporting the local communities that make destinations special. I believe great hospitality is about more than beautiful properties—it's about people, culture, and meaningful connections.

Outside of work, you'll often find me sailing along Puerto Rico's coastline, hiking in El Yunque, photographing historic architecture and island landscapes, or experimenting with Caribbean-inspired recipes in the kitchen. I'm also committed to mentoring future hospitality professionals and supporting initiatives focused on education, sustainability, and cultural preservation.

My goal is simple: help create experiences that people remember long after their journey ends while contributing to a stronger, more sustainable future for tourism.
