Exploring the options in life often means that you have to choose the less traveled roads and be unafraid of changing your direction. One way to achieve this is to travel the world and experience other cultures, thus following a proven path as many others have done. But what would happen if you tried on changing the basic parts of life, like to change your way of movement and transportation, eating differently, learn something new, to name a few. That I believe definitely brings us closer to our true person.

Take the basic thing of getting to work that can become a fascinating exploration of yourself when you try out alternative ways such as cycling, running skiing, hiking, etc.

Possessing an analytical, strategic and result oriented strive, I contribute with a thorough understanding of the challenges in today’s competitive landscape. Supported by my international experience and various expertise in marketing and sales, product development and test management, I find endless energy to keep up my motivation.

To maintain the endless energy, I switch my flow to the outdoors, to recharge myself by various activities under the sky.

I also strive for higher standards by learning, studying and gaining new knowledge to keep me fit at all levels of the human spirit.

In my new position, I see myself becoming the leader in my work field, while challenging traditional views and finding alternative ways to move forward.

In team roles I have reached the insight that I am usually the “harmonizer” of the group.

The definition of harmonizers is that they are responsible and loyal individuals who are happy to take on responsibilities for the good of the team. Their friendliness and comfort around others makes them natural leaders, and their desire for harmony makes them excellent in team-oriented settings. They are also very successful when taking on project assignments, as they find it easy to get along with whomever they are working for. Their driver is happiness. They would like to have a stable job where they are among nice colleagues in a diverse work atmosphere.
