I have been in the Human Resources field for over 5 years, and have had the opportunity to work at with the most prestigious hotel companies in the world.

I currently reside in Orlando, but I am a Georgia native (Go Dawgs). I have been married to my wife, Monica, since 2008.

In my career, I am looking to find a company that will allow meto use my vast knowledge and creative abilities to take them to the next level, and work with professionals from which I can learn and grow. My ideal environment is on in which I am a member of a motivated team, though I do excel in working alone as well.

I consider myself a motivater, a self-starter, and I strive for excellence in all the work I do. I understand that an HR team is only as strong as it's weakest member, and that anything that comes from one of us represents us all.

I have had experience and am proficient with the following systems: TimeSaver, LMS, Kronos (ATLAS), Marrpay, Micros, GuestBridge, Concierge Assistant, Opera, Fidelio, MS Shift, Identicard, Vovici, MARSHA, GCIC/NCIC, PeopleSoft HRMS, PeopleSoft Financial, and all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
