What I did before and sometimes still do:

Running software development departments / Recruiting and building teams of Software Developers in Austria and Serbia / hiring software engineers / Stock Exchange related software / eProcurement software / SaaS / Market-Data / Software development in Serbia / Internationally selling complex software solutions.

Was running the software development department of the direct procurement product of JAGGAER, a world leader in procurement software – a web-based software as a service solution for supplier management and supplierintegration. Managed people in multiple locations, building and growing the team, organizing agile processes and delivering software to production everyday. Also worked hands on with the expert engineers on new software architecture to transition the legacy monolith software to a modern architecture.

Worked as head of software development, program manager and project manager in the Banking/Brokerage/Market Data industry for 15+ years, after developing frontend software since 1992. Self-motivated person specialized in Web and Mobile projects, cloud-based solutions, the creation of server- and client-side software products and the further development and maintenance of existing software.
