After graduating high school in 1992, I jumped right in to the world of Real Estate! While working with a small, independent company in Toms River, NJ, I quickly realized that I would not get the training and customers that you surely need to succeed. So, off to college I went. Upon graduation from Rutgers University, my passion for real estate would not go away. I joined a company that was one of the innovators in lead generation for the Northeast and that is when I really learned real estate. Averaging 100+ closings per year for three straight years, I quickly moved up the corporate ladder and managed a branch for them in Metuchen, NJ. I loved grooming agents, mentoring, and training them to become some of the top sales people in our area! In September of 2007, I was presented with an opportunity to help launch the NJ region with RealEstate.com, Realtors. I was amazed at the technology, support and training that the company would provide for leadership and agents alike. It was a no-brainer! After growing the NJ market, I was offered a promotion a year later to run the Capital Region which includes the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and West Virginia. It was an opportunity that I could not pass up and as we continue to grow I am fortunate to be part of such a successful model and innovative company!
