Robert Heyder is an accomplished real estate Investor / Developer. He buys houses and investment properties from individuals, Banks and other investors in almost any price range throughout St. Louis, MO. Although He has his real estate license, He doesn't consider himself a broker, as he only represents property that he owns.

His company, Core Properties, generally close in 30 days or less (or allow the seller more time if the situation calls for it) with cash and no commissions to ensure a professional and hassle free process for the seller.

With equity in a property, we can close very quickly and often put money back into the homeowners hands within a few days. We purchase properties with cash, to close quickly, but sometimes we can take over the loan payments until properties sell.

We use our "Subject To" option to allow sellers with little to no equity to walk away from a house, and we can simply take over the payments to save their credit history/score. Sometimes we can do a Lease Option to get homeowners on their way to their next home. We also purchase properties for cashflowing purposes.
