Over 29 years of experience, including the full life cycle transportation management: from writing proposals, design, interviewing, estimating, & pre-construction services, to the course of construction and close out; extensive public sector experience with bus/rail/light rail/street car transit operations, new services start-up, emergency management, safety, security, fleet & risk management. Public/private sector experience with insurance procurement; &, casualty and workers compensation claims. I am a quick learner with a hands-on attitude, flexible, & able to handle multiple projects or tasks at one time. I am highly motivated & well organized with a strong technical background in management. I have an excellent ability to work with both entry-level employees & executive management, &, a passion for customer service. I am self-starting asset to any team. My future has been & will remain in the direction of building a team with safety, efficiency, & the company’s short & long term profitability at the front of our priorities.
