Robert Kohutek is an experienced public affairs professional specializing in community development issues. He has been recognized for his work with the Utah Housing & Community Development division on analyzing the state's affordable housing gap and for working with Utah's municipalities to develop local affordable housing plans. He also provided research and analysis for two state taskforces on housing affordability and published three comprehensive analyses, which contributed to the enactment of several pieces of housing legislation. Robert also served as the interim executive director of a small association of governments in Wyoming where he developed his passion for local economic development. Robert holds a Masters of Public Administration, a Masters of Public Policy, and two graduate certificates in demography and urban planning as well as doctoral coursework in Political Science.
