Robert has been a business leader for over twenty-five years. He started his first company, Pinnacle Promotions, in 1987 and sold it in 1993. He then joined Saatchi & Saatchi Holdings in New York City under the Bates Worldwide division, and created a global marketing services company called 141 Worldwide. Within three years, Robert helped propel that company to over $100 million in revenue and 45 offices serving global and local clients worldwide. During his career, he has provided advice and direction to some of the world's most iconic brands.

In 2000, Robert joined SFX Entertainment (now Live Nation) as head of global marketing alliances, where he oversaw the development of large scale brand marketing relationships and helped the company establish an entertainment marketing business in Brazil.

Robert founded a men's apparel business in 2003. 2M Apparel Ventures sold award-winning, luxury men's clothing to some of the best specialty retailers in the U.S, and operated two stores selling the Niformis and Roberto da Carrara brands.

Robert is currently Chairman of Crosscourt Advisors, where he shares his experiences and expertise with companies looking for help in the areas of strategy, marketing and revenue creation. For his clients, he is a "CMO or CSO on call", providing CEOs, investors and key decision makers with advice and insight on a variety of topics, strategic thinking and tactical solutions for growing businesses.

When he's not working or sharing ideas with aspiring entrepreneurs, Robert is on the tennis court, practicing yoga, cooking or enjoying the energy, excitement and beautiful weather in Miami Beach.
