I have always had the philosophy... if you want something in life you need to earn it... a philosophy which was instilled in my character, from my Parents, at a very young age. When I needed money, I was required to answer the question, "What did you do to earn this today?" A priceless gift which has served me well over the years... though it was a hard lesson to learn while growing up!The Necessary: I had to prove myself early in my career, in the "eat or be eaten" Investment Industry. A 100% full commission pay structure... I earned a living selling intangible ideas, strategies and dreams. My career was built on innovation, hard work, integrity and perseverance. I became part of a very exclusive club during my second year, when I received my first (of 7 consecutive) prestigious Master Millionaire awards.The Possible: As I continued to develop, I wanted more of a challenge and accepted some very interesting and rewarding positions. Throughout my career, I built territories; fostered new relationships; solidified & increased market share; and achieved the awards and recognition that accompanied each role. I have always been a prolific producer, an excellent team leader, and a top business builder! With every award, there were the trials and errors; courses and seminars; and healthy competition, which have all contributed to developing and enhancing my sales abilities. More importantly... in each experience, I learned more about myself. I realized mediocrity is not acceptable. I have done what is necessary... am doing what is possible...
