Robert Rollings

I am a People Analytics & Organisation Design specialist working at Deloitte as a management consultant. My main area of interest is the use of Analytics to solve Organisation Design problems.

I focus on the Oil and Gas industry and have a particular interest in how International Oil Companies can best use diverse talent to solve the problem of an aging workforce and reliance on expatriates.

Outside of work I have a deep interest in history and cultures and can often be found somewhere in the British Museum. I'm a dog lover but as I live in a flat hoping to get a cat soon.
