Robert Roselli, a Morristown native, is an experienced Senior Manager who has consistently proven his ability to enhance productivity, customer service, and financial performance. In 1988, Roselli completed 75 credits in Avionics and Engineering at the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He then received both his Bachelor’s degree in business and his Master’s of Administration Science at Farleigh Dickinson University. In 1996, Roselli began his career as a supervisor in New Jersey, where he supervised the flow of inbound and outbound freight, handled trucker inquiries and processed booking errors, and held monthly safety meetings. Two years later, Roselli was promoted to Manager. During his time as Manager, he managed 30 plus union members and 4 management employees and was able to increase their efficiency through quarterly performance discussions and challenging assignments. Roselli was then promoted to Area Manager,, where he worked from 2000 to 2005 and successfully managed an operating budget of approximately $12 million. In 2005, Roselli was hired as the General Manager of the Northeast, where he was able to further develop and polish his managerial skills. Roselli was very successful in this position; he reduced lost time accidents by 47%, received numerous awards for leading cost-saving initiatives and safety programs, and was selected to lead the implementation of SAP for his business unit. From 2009 to 2011, Roselli served as the Director for U.S. Chassis Logistics in Charlotte, North Carolina. During this time, Roselli controlled and managed 80,000 plus chassis in the U.S. with an asset value of over $400 million, and relieved Chassis Logistics of $120 million in annual expense through his design and implementation of a green field project. Throughout his professional career, Roselli ensured compliance to local, state, and federal regulations, partnered with human resources to select, hire and train new employees, and consistently saved business millions of dollars annually.
