Robert Brizel

Expert hiker and financial consultant Robert Brizel grew up in northern New Jersey and attended the prestigious Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, New Hampshire before beginning his collegiate career at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. While attending the nation’s first Jesuit university, Brizel was a key member of the Hilltop Microfinance Initiative as well as was thoroughly involved with the school’s Center for Social Justice and Homeless Outreach program. Though Robert was clearly very involved outside of the classroom, he also spent a fair share of time attending lectures and studying to earn his degree in both Finance and Marketing, summa cum laude. He also minored in Chinese, which he has been able to apply to international client cases in his current position as a Senior Financial Services Consultant for Deloitte Consulting LLP in Rosslyn, Virginia. Brizel has worked for the consulting giant since 2014. His previous companies include Booz Allen Hamilton as well as internships with both Goldman Sachs and the Anglin Group, LLC. With his detail-oriented nature and drive to identify innovative financial solutions, he has proven to be a valuable asset to Deloitte. Though the nature of his job requires fairly long hours and frequent travel, Robert enjoys trying new restaurants and spending time outdoors whenever possible. He looks forward to beginning his Master’s Degree in Business Administration next year.
