I was a journalist for over 40 years.
I am currently retired, and my wife and I publish the largest cross country ski publication in the world...The Ski Journal. We are the Ski Journal of the US Ski & Snowboard Association, US Ski Team and the American Cross Country Skiers Association.
We also have two huge website businesses.
Until four years ago, I was very active as a master's athlete in several sports and have won 16 state titles and several national championship and world championship medals in cross country skiing, cycling, speed skating, snowshoeing, and soccer.
I still hold nine age-class state records in five sports.
I have written five screenplays.
One, "Jack London's Love of Life," recently completed production in Alaska, and the feature film is currently on the international film festival circuit. So far, the motion picture has won four festivals:
Louisville International Festival of Film, Best Feature, 2012, "Jack London's Love of Life"
Great Lakes International Film Festival, Best of Festival, 2012 "Jack London's Love of Life"
Moondance International Film Festival (New York City), Finalist, Atlantis Award 2012, "Jack London's Love of Life"
Snowdance International Film Festival, Judge's Choice, 2013, "Jack London's Love of Life"

I have just finished my first novel, "The Holy Grail."
It is an epic Arthurian novel that finally tells everyone exactly where the Holy Grail is, and is currently in the hands of my agent.
Another novel, "Moonshadows," is in final draft. Both will be published in the next six months.
My favorite ways to relax are writing and fishing.
