I am semi-retired (that means, I am not out on my boat) and still have to work (poor planning). I have three brilliant sons and two daughters (from whom I am estranged) and I love them all and would do anything for them. I grew up in Kansas City, MO. (a disgusting racist city) which I visit only occasionally to see my brother.

After years of informally coaching my friends and colleagues, on 9/16/13, I formally launched Randolph Associates. While previously my company focused on Life and Career Coaching, I have recently launched an online business, partnering with Matt Lloyd, the CEO of MOBE (My Olnie Business Empire). My business as of 1-1-15 , Randolph Associates, is now dedicated to showing and assisting people with how to fund a more comfortable retired life and lifestyle.

During 2011, I published my first book -- Rich White Folks, RWF is my personal memoir about growing up Black during the 1940s and 50s. I recently ventured into the erotic romance genre by publishing "The Geriatric Gigolo" under the pseudonym -- Randall Jones. These books are available from Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.com.
