I am an a property and finance entrepreneur currently living in the United Kingdom. I am passionate about combining Real Estate, Construction, Finance with new Technology. I invest in enterprises that promote sustainability and have real purpose.

I establish and launch real estate linked businesses with unique concepts, bring cool branding and put great management teams in place to run them. I have recently founded a number of real estate backed companies referred to below:

I have founded Impact Capital Group, an end to end integrated technology led property development and construction platform to design, plan, deliver and operate sustainable smart home neighbourhoods. The business has a turnover GDV pipeline in excess of £1billion.

I founded Impact Lending as a business to business secured lender to fund real estate developments with a focus on projects being delivered in a sustainable way and ideally net zero in operation.

I am currently exiting these businesses having created significant value and then intend to launch new businesses in the UK and UAE.
