Roberta Jacoby is a widely recognized business leader and corporate officer well versed in both mass market and high end products with extensive expertise in a wide range of key business competencies including: product development, quality assurance, competitive and product analysis, project management, training and communication, and developing and implementing innovative strategic plans which improve effectiveness, productivity, and financial performance. During her career at Carnival Cruise Lines, she held senior positions including Senior VP Hotel Operations and Senior VP Air/Sea Operations, Corporate Training and Strategic Planning with annual P&L responsbility exceeding $1BIL overseeing 30,000 employees. Roberta culminated her 35 year career with Carnival Corporation as Senior Vice President for Corporate Special Projects where she developed product and brand enhancements, worked on the very successful launch of Seabourn Quest and managed the company’s move and transition to Seattle.

Roberta now leads Jacoby Advisors, a cutting-edge management consultancy focusing on new product development, executive communication and training, operational excellence, and strategic management guidance for travel and hospitality brands. She also supports numerous charitable organizations, serving on the University of Miami Citizens Executive board and is part of the University of Miami mentoring program for MBA students to help prepare future business leaders.
