Roberta Hoskie

Ms. Hoskie established Outreach Property Management in 2004, after leaving her position as the Chief Departmental Administrator with a full staff upwards of fifty people at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. Mrs. Hoskie is a resident of Hamden, Connecticut and was born and raised in New Haven, Connecticut.

Roberta Hoskie is a Real Estate Investor and Broker who has over 13 years experience with Real Estate Management inclusive of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Section 8, HUD Housing Subsidy and Conventional Rental Market Value Management.

Roberta received her Associates Degree in Office Administration at Gateway Community Technical College in New Haven, Connecticut. After graduating from Gateway, she went to further her education and studied toward her Bachelor's degree in Business Management at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT.

Established the Department of Pediatrics Office of Research Development for Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY; assumed the position as Chief Business Administrator working side by side with the Chairman. Assisted in managing the startup and responsible for developing the East Coast Division. Managed 20,000,000.00 (Twenty Million Dollars) in Federal and State Grants and Contracts, 14,000,000.00 (Fourteen Million Dollars) Operational Budget, 13,000,000.00 (Thirteen Million Dollars) Teaching Budget, and 9,600,000.000 (Nine Million Six-Hundred Dollars) Endowment Budget with a total management scope of 56,600,000.00 (Fifty-Six Million dollars).

Left in 2004 to fulfill her D.R.E.A.M. of going back to her community and establishing Outreach Property Management, a residential property management company that bridges landlord with qualified tenants, with the a Corporate office located at 390 Whalley Avenue, New Haven, CT. Outreach Property Management currently operates three departments: Residential Property Management, Tenant Placements, and Maintenance Services. Outreach Property has provided housing to greater than 3500 individuals and families within New Haven County by being "the bridge" that connects The Tenants to the Landlords.
