Once upon a time I was a sports mad, idealistic, principled young man who wanted to change the planet and travel the world. Fascinated by the built environment and how it affects how we perform I decided to make a life by creating new homes, places of work and town centres. Many years later and having been part of delivering thousands of new homes, town centres, offices and places of education I am no less idealistic or principled but hopefully a bit wiser.
