Robert Bauer

Florida native Robert W. Bauer serves as President and principal attorney of The Law Offices of Robert W. Bauer, P.A., with headquarters in Gainesville and an additional office in Madison. Through his practice, Bauer offers clients legal advice and representation in the areas of family law, real estate transactions and litigation, debt collection, business law, bankruptcy, foreclosure, civil litigation and appeals, administrative law, and landlord-tenant disputes, among many others. Robert W. Bauer and his associates take pride in their commitment to their clients. The team works closely with clients to aid them in achieving their goals and resolving their legal troubles.

Robert W. Bauer completed his undergraduate education at the University of Florida, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy before attending the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law to acquire his Juris Doctor. Bauer interned for the Honorable Peter K. Sieg of the Eighth Judicial Circuit and today remains a member of the Eighth Judicial Bar Association. Robert W. Bauer also belongs to the American Bar Association and The Florida Bar Association.

Prior to launching his career in law, Robert W. Bauer served in the United States Army with the 365th Transportation stationed in Alabama. A year after joining, he was honored as the FORSCOM Soldier of the Year for the 2nd Army, which comprised more than 200,000 soldiers in the southeastern United States. Achieving Specialist rank, Bauer served in Operation Desert Storm. Bauer’s unit led convoys transporting supplies and ammunition to the Iraqi border and into Kuwait.

Robert W. Bauer was honorably discharged from the Army after two years of service and upon returning to the United States pursued studies in Emergency Medicine. Upon acquiring his Associate degree, Bauer joined Alachua County Fire Rescue Services, acting as Lead Paramedic for its transport unit. While enrolled in the Florida State Fire College, Bauer graduated with certification as a firefighter at the top of his class, garnering recognition for his physical and academic abilities.
