I am a Project Manager with over 12 yr. of professional experience in the field of IT&C and 10 yr. of practical experience in Project Management and Projects Evaluation (PM for various projects - Government, World Bank, EU Structural Funds, B2B - with a budget range between 40,000 to 6 million EUR).

My experience within the public sector includes expertise in e-Government (coordinator of five national e-Government services), National and European Union Strategies and Actions Plan and International relations - Represented Romania at European Commission technical commities (IDA - IDABC & TESTA Programs).

I am often asked if I am better than the other professionals in my domain. My answer - I don't know if I'm better than them, but what I do know is that I have the capacity to surprise myself and even more to succeed in my attempts. Fourteen years ago I was studying history. I never dreamed I'd get into Romanian government, but I did, and in a short period of time I became NCP and contribute to Romania`s accession to EU. I have never thought I'd be part of European projects that were supposed to deliver solutions for Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Economy, National Authority for Structural Funds Coordination or to work in Gibraltar within the online gaming industry with the biggest worldwide operators, but I did.

I am a hard-working person, ambitious and fast learner professional, motivated by personal development and increase of my knowledge for future challenges in my career.
