Robert Cristian Trif

A versatile actor who enjoys playing difficult roles from drama, action to comedy is also enjoying doing theater plays, Robert Cristian Trif was born in 12 December 1979.He is an Award winning Romanian Actor, Scriptwriter, Director and Filmmaker. After finalising his acting studies at workshops in France and Asia, Robert made his film debut in 2017 in “Before Suicide Movie” a drama film based on real life story. Trif wrote the story, directed and produced the film and played the main role of Alex. In his first film Robert won 2 awards and has received 6 nominations for his performance in the film. His first feature film he starred is Hello Au Revoir, a unique format film directed by Jason Croot in which he played the role of a comedian Marco. His most recent work is Seven Days of Revenge( 2018) Trif wrote the screenplay and played the character of Peter a frustated individual who is looking to seek revenge against his former colleagues. The films will be released in 2018 in cinemas. In 19 November 2017 he won the Best Foreign Actor Award of the Year at UAE Short Film Festival for his performance in Before Suicide.
