Notably, he managed the construction of AAA's World Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan, which was located across from the Ford Twin Towers. This experience was pivotal in shaping his career and setting the foundation for his future success in construction and logistics.

In 1989, Robert Edward Napior shifted his focus to event logistics and founded Event Logistics, Inc. in Brookline, New Hampshire. The company specializes in organizing significant outdoor events, particularly multi-day camping festivals. Robert’s work with prominent music festivals, including the Phish camping festivals and the early years of the Bonnaroo Festival, played a significant role in their success. In 2001, Robert took on a new challenge and became the Managing Member and 50% owner of Deployed Resources, based in Tampa, Florida. The company provides equipment and services for government agencies, disaster relief, and large-scale events. Under Robert's leadership, Deployed Resources has become a leader in constructing temporary base camps for personnel in areas without infrastructure. His project management, cost estimation, and logistics skills have been integral to the company's success.
