Robert Eschert

As the Vice President of Operations at Cinelli Iron & Metal Co., Robert Eschert brings nearly 15 years of experience to his role as an operations manager. Upon joining the company in the late 1990s, he served in numerous capacities, including as a driver and shipper. In his current position, Robert Eschert is responsible for managing the Hackensack, New Jersey-based company’s Ferrous Division, a state-of-the-art export facility and steel yard in Secaucus, New Jersey. Robert Eschert belongs to the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, Inc., a trade association representing hundreds of companies in the scrap recycling industry.

In addition to his professional work and memberships, he serves as an exempt volunteer firefighter for the State of New Jersey, a capacity in which he responded to the call for additional support during the 9/11 attacks and is an exempt firefighter. Furthering his commitment to community service, Robert Eschert coaches tee ball and participates in the Scrap Cancer Drive to benefit The Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center.

A resident of Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, Mr. Eschert enjoys racing cars when not attending to his professional duties or community activities, having posted the fastest time earlier this year in Englishtown, New Jersey, at an SRT event.
