I am a Professor of Education and Director of the INSPIRE Centre in the Faculty of Education, Science, Technology and Mathematics at the University of Canberra.

I have worked in the field of ICT Education for over 24 years working across schools, universities and the community development sector in Australia, Hong Kong, Cambodia and Pakistan. My research and development work includes design thinking, technology enhanced learning, mobile technology and learning space design.

I have led the nationally recognised INSPIRE Centre project that developed a purpose-built research and practice facility based around design-based approaches to learning, research and development. INSPIRE is recognised as a leading learning commons, a place to imagine, experiment and design new ways of working and learning digitally (http://inspire.edu.au).
