Robert has such a passion for the work that he does, that he authored a book on Organizational Development and Operational Effectiveness in 2003 and which he regularly uses to teach these skills, mentor, and develop upcoming talent in the companies in which he works.

Robert lives in Boulder, Colorado USA and enjoys photography, cycling and volunteering for various organizations to help disadvantaged youths in the region.
