As the owner and chief executive officer of Orlando, Florida’s LG Consulting LLC, Robert Gammons assists start-up companies with a range of project management and administrative support services. His specific areas of expertise include organizational strategy, policy development, employee relations, sales generation, expense control, government compliance, and the development of productive customer relationships and business partnerships.

Before assuming his current position in 2015, Robert Gammons oversaw operations in multiple home health offices as a regional vice president of Encompass Home Health Corporation. He has also served successful tenures as the cofounding CEO of Phoenix Home Care LLC and as a regional vice president of ASAP Home Oxygen Inc. During his three years with ASAP, he opened three new branches and the company generated more than $4.6 million in total revenue.

Mr. Gammons laid the foundation for his professional success by earning a bachelor of science in biology from Houghton College and a master of science in education from Stetson University.
