Bobby Genovese (Robert Genovese) is a successful Canadian businessman and entrepreneur living in the Bahamas with a keen eye for identifying lucrative business opportunities.
After dropping out of high school, Bobby founded his first company when he was only 25 years old. After being in the public markets for years, he went on to create the largest Cremation Company in North America called the Neptune Society.
After selling that in 2012, he established several different companies in a range of fields, including BG Parks, which was established to promote land conservation and ecotourism. In 2015, Genovese partnered with Florida’s Department of Environmental Protection to be a concessionaire at several state parks, with a mission to protect land and waterscapes.
Holding a belief that giving back to the community is both a privilege and responsibility, Bobby Genovese supports Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children, among other charities.
He has chaired several times both the annual Boat Rally for Kids With Cancer in Muskoka, Ontario, and the Car Rally for Kids with Cancer in Toronto Ontario Canada, which has helped raise more than $16 million dollars for the children’s hospital.
A portion of the proceeds from this year’s Boat Rally will also go towards supporting Camp Oochigeas, a volunteer-based organization providing children affected by childhood cancer with unique opportunities for personal growth.
With Bobby chairing both the Boat Rally and Car Rally events, they are described as a fun filled exciting dare if you will scavenger hunt throughout the Muskoka lakes and Toronto and surrounding areas navigated by every day celebrities you would all know.
Bobby Genovese has also involved been with Solutions with Impact, an event management company focused on charitable events.
