Robert Gheorghita

A laboratory technician for Aeon Research and Technology in Hewlett, New York, Robert Gheorghita has strong research, reporting, and problem-solving skills. He operates several types of equipment, including temperature meter, respiratory medical devices, pulse oximeters, and UV spectrometers. Robert Gheorghita began working for Aeon in 2010 after assisting as a lab tech for VCA Antech Diagnostics in Lake Success. While there, he analyzed clinical chemistry and reagents as well as worked with the hematology department.

In addition to his work at the lab, Robert Gheorghita enjoys fitness and works as a fitness professional for END to END Fitness in Oakland Gardens. Prior to this, he spent five years as a fitness professional and personal trainer for NYSC Town Sports International in Manhattan. There, he built a successful personal training office and increased gross revenue by more than 20 percent within nine months.

When not in the laboratory or gym, Robert Gheorghita enjoys riding his bike and running. He also participates in obstacle course runs, including the Tough Mudder and Rugged Maniac races. His travels have taken him across the United States and to Puerto Rico and Canada.
