Robert Hadick

Robert Hadick is owner and President of Russ Hadick & Associates, Inc., a highly ranked search and recruiting firm that has placed more than 1000 professionals in the information technology, manufacturing, engineering, and finance industries over the last 30 years. The company, based in Dayton, Ohio, has expanded to serve a national clientele under Robert Hadick's leadership.

Robert Hadick began his career as a technology professional himself, and he has a special understanding of the men and women that his firm recruits. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1985 and took a position with Hobart in Dayton shortly thereafter. At Hobart, Mr. Hadick specialized in digital and analog design and embedded software engineering for ice cream dispensing machinery. In the course of his work, he received several patents for his designs.

In 1990, Robert Hadick took a position with Beta LaserMike, an Ohio company that designs high-tech measurement and control systems for automated industrial processes. After only five years, he was promoted to Director of Engineering and named a member of the company's Executive Committee. Mr. Hadick was responsible for a number of additional patents and won the Nationwide Motorola Design Contest during his time at Beta LaserMike. In 1999, he stepped down to take the helm at his recruiting firm.

In his private life, Robert Hadick is a devout Christian. He draws heavily on his faith in his work, and he is involved with a substantial number of local and national charities, including The Miami Valley Women's Center, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Wounded Warrior Project, and Dayton Christian School.
