Robert Hathaway

I provide leadership and financial direction for both domestic and global companies with an expertise in all areas of finance including; corporate finance, budget management, tax, transfer pricing, accounting systems, financial reporting, legal compliance and risk management.

With over 10+ years of executive-level management experience, I successfully build, develop, strengthen, and mentor finance teams. As an integral member of the executive leadership team and board member for various companies, I contribute to all strategic decisions necessary for them to achieve their business objectives. I drive to maximize profitability, minimize costs, increase productivity, and improve business operations.

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Krystal Infinity, I currently oversee two manufacturing facilities with a combined workforce of 500 employees. One facility is located in Brea, California and the other in Mexicali, Mexico. My direct team consists of 12 individuals with another 48 in indirect support.

My leadership philosophy is to create a positive work environment where all employees are treated fairly and equally and each feels empowered to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Recent key achievements include negotiating a $10 million financing agreement, leading a cross-functional team in installing an enterprise-wide ERP system, and being a key member of the operations team that implemented quality and production metrics and significantly increased productivity.
