Robert is a Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, preparing for the culmination of twenty years of service.

Currently serving as the Aviation Operations Specialist (AOS) Training Analyst, Robert has experience in conducting detailed data-driven analysis of training methodologies and performance to better align the needs of the AOS community.

Previous roles include serving as the Operations Chief in multiple squadrons - providing subject matter expertise and advice to the Squadron Operations department and the unit Leadership. He has also served as the NATOPs and Safety Chief - responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to industry safety standards as well as managing the flight safety requirements for over 200 aircrew.

Married to a fellow Marine, and father to three amazing children who refuse to let him grow old. When not working or playing with his kids, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, designing and crafting with 3d printing, tinkering with anything electronic, and working on always bettering himself through education and learning.
