Robert Jafari
A co-founder of real estate development and senior health care companies, Robert Jafari currently manages BHC Construction Company in Naperville, Illinois. When undertaking projects, Robert Jafari and BHC’s team utilize a design-build method that streamlines the process to continuously lower costs and shorten the time from start to delivery and that directly involves clients in every phase. With an efficient process, Robert Jafari can effectively manage several projects at once. In addition to renovating resident rooms in three elder care facilities, Robert Jafari currently oversees the construction of a $14 million Riverwoods Office Campus on a nearly 8-acre site in Naperville. While starting work at BHC Construction Company in 2007, Robert Jafari manages Butterfield Health Care Group in Bolingbrook for 20 years. Beginning with a small, dedicated staff, Robert Jafari expanded the company to 700 employees who assisted him in the creation of the Meadowbrook Manor network of nursing homes. The Bolingbrook location, established in 1990, houses 298 residents and employs 290 workers. Other Illinois sites in the network include facilities in LaGrange and Naperville, with a future facility in Geneva. Robert Jafari also co-founded several other enterprises, including the Arthur Land Company and the 10,000-customer-strong Concert Health Plan insurance company. Robert Jafari conducted operations at a branch office of Cherry Creek Mortgage Company and originated Millennium Limousine. In addition to co-founding Gibson’s Steak House in Rosemont, Robert Jafari has served on the board of directors of the American Red Cross, Children’s Museum, and several Surgical Centers. While continuing to engage in business affairs, Robert Jafari attends Harvard University.
