Robert Jerus

As a certified human resource professional with over 20 years of experience, I have had the opportunity to develop and grow as a Learning and OD professional. In the past twenty years I founded Success Dynamics International and developed the EIQ-2 Learning Systems. I am the author of Surefire Success, Leadership Language, Wise Communication, Sales Savvy, and Mind Matters. As a university professor, I’ve taught marketing, management, human resources, adult development and psychology in traditional, on-line and adult classes. As part of my responsibilities in my current role, I facilitate training and development emphasizing measurable, sustainable results. Through the years, I’ve designed, delivered and evaluated programs in the United States, South America, Europe and Asia.
With Success Dynamics, I have had the opportunity to write and conduct management training, oversee curriculum development for operations; team building; customer service, leadership; and sales. The EIQ-2 Learning Systems feature visual presentations, experiential exercises and validated, comprehensive assessments.

In addition to Success Dynamics, my background includes time with 10 universities in administrative, teaching, development and evaluation. As a psychologist, I worked with marriage and family therapy, career development, transition and other traditional roles. I have consulted and coached in staffing, career transition, performance management, team building, and organizational development. I have used a number of assessments and measures including the EIQ-2, MBTI, the DiSC, and the Kolb Learning Styles Index.

I founded the Society of Emotional Intelligence in Orlando and am a frequent speaker/blogger on applied emotional intelligence topics. I am a current member of SHRM (SPHR certified) and ATD (formerly ASTD).
