An ASIC Licensed Credit Advisor (MFAA), a Real Estate Agent (REIQ) and a Financial Planner (PMM) with specialisations in SMSF (Self-managed Super Funds) & NRAS (National Rental Affordability Scheme). I hold all the accreditations required to transact business in the finance world and in the NRAS property world.

Operating throughout Australia particularly throughout QLD, NW WA and NT. The successful interplay of our companies make-up our wealth creation business. We use only new residential property (that include the Fed/State/Territory Gov'ts $10,000 per year tax-free payment for 10-years $120,000) together with suitable loans and investment structures. Many of our properties have multiple $10,000 NRAS payments on a single property eg duplexes, dual occupancies, dual-keys, triplexes, quadplexes and multiplexes.

It's all about Strategy and thanks to our role as Mortgage Managers, we've benefited from watching our many borrowers improve their wealth over the years using property and correctly structured loans. I attend all the relevant seminars around the world to ensure I can serve our clients better.

Current focus is on the Browse Basin project with a limited number of properties have 2 NRAS payments.
