A respected legal author and teacher, Robert Klonoff has traveled extensively to speak at numerous conferences and events for institutions and organizations around the world. Most recently, he spoke on topics related to animal law in conjunction with Stanford Law School in Palo Alto, California, and delivered a talk regarding legal education in the United States to the International Association of Law Schools International Deans’ Forum at the National University of Singapore Law School. Prior to this, he disseminated his years of training and legal experience in talks to institutions such as the National Law University of Delhi, the American Bar Association, the Institute for Law and Economic Policy, and the Loyola Chicago School of Law. Robert Klonoff holds a juris doctor from Yale University, which he obtained after receiving an undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley.

Outside of his current responsibilities as dean of the Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, Robert Klonoff gives back to his community by volunteering time and resources to initiatives such as the Classroom Law Project and community soup kitchens.
