Robert Kolesnik
An accomplished orthopaedic surgeon in Southern California, Robert Kolesnik, MD, currently holds staff appointments at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, San Antonio Community Hospital, and Rancho Specialty Hospital. Highly engaged in his profession, Dr. Robert Kolesnik has delivered presentations at the Symposium on Osteogenesis Imperfecta in Chicago, Illinois, and the Arthritis Expo in Riverside, California. His academic work has appeared in the Journal of Orthopaedics.
Dr. Robert Kolesnik currently holds memberships with several professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the California Orthopaedic Association, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, Dr. Robert Kolesnik earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1975. His academic achievements include graduating summa cum laude and serving as a member of the academic society Phi Beta Kappa. Continuing his education at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, he completed his Doctor of Medicine in 1979. Dr. Robert Kolesnik subsequently completed an internship and residency training in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Southern California Medical Center. From 1988 to 1989, he participated in a fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery in the Department of Plastic Surgery of the University of Colorado Health Science Center. He also served in the United States Air Force as an Orthopaedic Surgeon at March Air Force Base Hospital. Dr. Robert Kolesnik is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon, practicing both general orthopedics and hand surgery, and a Qualified Medical Evaluator in the State of California.
