Robert Kravitz

I am Robert Kravitz, President and Managing Partner of Comm Resi based in Delray Beach, Florida. I work as a direct lender and capital stack manager across commercial real estate, residential and commercial bridge lending, and business financing. I lend and manage private capital and am directly involved in underwriting, structuring, execution, and resolution of transactions.

My background in lending is rooted in family history. Since 1998, I have personally closed more than 3,200 residential, commercial, and business loans.
