Robert Kravitz

I am Robert Kravitz, President and Managing Partner of NFRC Companies, based in Delray Beach, Florida. I work as a direct lender and capital stack manager across commercial real estate, residential and commercial bridge lending, and business financing. I lend and manage private capital and am directly involved in underwriting, structuring, execution, and resolution of transactions.

My background in lending is rooted in family history. My grandfather, Morris Levin, was a founding partner of Eastern Savings Bank, and my family has been involved in correspondent and private lending since the early 1980s. Since 1998, I have personally closed more than 3,200 residential, commercial, and business loans. Through NFRC and affiliated entities, I manage senior debt, preferred equity, and mezzanine structures, with a focus on complex and distressed situations across multiple market cycles.
