Robert McKenna III

A medical malpractice lawyer based in California, Robert McKenna III primarily handles malpractice cases, but he takes on a number of other types of cases as well. He has a number of bar admissions for both California and Nevada. These include the California and Nevada State Bars and the United States District Court for the Southern, Eastern, Northern, and Central Districts of California and the United States District Court in the District of Nevada.

He is a member of many different professional organizations. These include the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, Medical Malpractice Professionals, Southern California Association of Healthcare Risk Management, Defense Research Institute, California Medical Malpractice Defense Professionals, and more.

He was raised in Hawaii, so he loves spending time on the water. He enjoys scuba diving, free diving, paddling, sailing, fishing, and swimming. He also serves as Boy Scouts' assistant scout-master to give back to the local community.
