Robert McRath

Hi, I’m Robert McRath — a Captain at Endeavor Air, a subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, based in St. Louis, Missouri.

My passion for aviation began in middle school and grew into a career built on discipline, preparation, and leadership. I graduated Cum Laude from Saint Louis University in 2019 with a degree in aviation, where I was also a member of the Flying Billikens Flight Team and received an aviation science research project award.

As an Eagle Scout, I learned early the value of responsibility and service — principles I carry with me into every flight. Today, I focus on safety, teamwork, and steady leadership in the cockpit while mentoring aspiring pilots and staying connected to the next generation of aviation professionals.

Aviation is a field where you never stop learning — and that’s exactly what keeps me inspired.
