Robert Morgan has 12 years’ experience as a primary school teacher from schools in Torfaen, Southwark and Bexley. He taught mostly in Key Stage 2 and was a mathematics, assessment and history co-ordinator, a teacher governor and an assistant headteacher. Robert’s Master’s dissertation focused on the needs of teaching assistants.

Responsibilities within university
Robert lectures on Education and Professional Studies and has been recently appointed as the Primary Partnership Co-ordinator at the University of Greenwich.

Research/scholarly interests
Currently studying for a Professional Doctorate in Education (EdD) with a thesis exploring the relationship bewteen Teaching Assistants and trainee teachers.
