A food process engineer, whose passion that sprung from a part‐time job as aresearch assistant. My desire further increased my search for graduate studies. Currently pursuing a PhD in Food Science & Technology with a Minor in Statistics at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. My research focuses on investigating theperformance and durability of hammer mills used for processing cereal grains in rural Uganda as apart of his graduate research program. Also interested in; value‐added processing of agricultural commodities; effects of new processtechnologies on food quality and food safety; Post‐harvest technology fundamentals and appliedaspects of grain storage and drying; and Process control of food processing operations. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching T.V, playing basketball, and jogging.
