I am an experienced digital strategist, UX consultant, service designer and team leader with a successful record in crafting digital experiences across devices that drive sales and delight customers.

Unfazed by ambiguity I’m comfortable taking a group through a journey of discovery. I have a hunger for getting things done, taking the initiative to lead, excite and inspire clients and cross-functional project teams.

I shape and scope solutions applying user-centred design methodologies and am motivated to find the best outcome whatever the constraints.

As a strategist I work long term as a trusted advisor with organisations to improve efficiency, increase revenues, drive down costs and most crucially, build greater engagement with customers and employees by smart, joined up thinking around technologies, channels and content.

An active participant in the UX community and platform speaker, I’m always willing to share and debate ideas but am not precious or defensive. I can clearly articulate jargon-free design thinking in business discussions highlighting commercial and brand benefits and where appropriate ROI.

I am creative, collaborative, commercially minded and driven to deliver, with years of practical hands-on experience.
