Roberto’s practice at A&L consists of Patent, Trademark and Copyright Counseling and Litigation, IP Enforcement, Anti-Counterfeiting, Border Measures, Information Technologies and Food Law. Prior to establishing A&L, he was responsible for the administration and coordination of the IP Department of a major international firm. Roberto founded A&L in 1994 and is widely recognized as one of Mexico’s top IP law practitioners. He has authored several articles, including ‘Overlapping IP Rights-Mexico,’ published in the Oxford University Press.
