Robert Olivier

I am a mobile / desktop / web services developer and electronics hobbyist with a broad range of experience gained over my 27 years of practice. These days I work primarily in Objective-C developing iOS and Mac apps, and Ruby / Rails building web service APIs. I'm also comfortable in C, C++, and Java.

I'm adept at designing and deploying web services on Heroku, EC2, Rackspace or dedicated hardware, and posess a modicum of sysadmin skill.

I'm also the developer of Mention, one of the first Mac App.net clients.

I love adventure travel, especially in Africa.
