Roberto Marquino
Born in Valencia, Spain.
His works has been published in articles through international A magazine (ANNA) and exhibited in Spain, Italy, Portugal, United States, Japan, and Hong Kong.
Official photographer and camera operator in the documentary film ‘Rain wolves’ (dir. Carlos Álamo, World Natura productions), an expedition to a remote and human uninhabited canadian northwest Pacific rainforest, having lived there for 3 months like robinsons.
His works has been also published as a book covers for renouned writers like Emilio Bejel, William Navarrete or Elías Miguel Muñoz among others. His own upcoming photobook based on Japan along last years is in process to be published through Ed. Aduana Vieja.
Speaks several languages including japanese, portuguese, english, spanish, catalonian and has french and russian basic skills. Has traveled and shooted worldwide and usually does with a 1952's Rolleiflex under 6x6 film.
His works are in private collections in Europe, Asia and America.
Marquino is represented in Spain by FomentARTE gallery (Madrid).
