I'm used to work under extreme time pressure to match deliverables in time for major sport events. I focus my problem solving on critical elements and proactively manages scope and delegation for satellite components. I particularly enjoy new projects and challenges as they are key to extend my capabilities and knowledge. I think that working in a multinational team is key to personal and others' development. I have an informal and collaborative management style.

I deal with day by day Web Oparations activities and I manage Live Event Operations for huge Sport Web Sites. My job is also my passion... I'm sure to be the luckiest man on earth ;)
